Process Flow

Spinning Mill :-

We have own spinning mill with the capacity of 3600 Spindles Manufacturing 2500 kg wool & acrylic blends.

Computerized Flat Knitting :-

We have state of Art computerized knitting plant of 25 machine in, all machines are German make and company Brand is Stoll these are all multi gauge Intarsia Machine we can knit from 3 Gauge TO 14 gg in these machines.

As also have 150 hand flat machines, ranging from 3 gg to 14gg.

With the pattern software M1 plus we are free to create all patterns that customer desire all these machines are very versatile and kind of pattern.

i.e :- Cable,Jacquard,Intersia,Pointell,Transfer Knit etc.

Manufacturing Process :-

Nagesh knit have own CAD facility to optimize patterns for proper utilize the fabric source before final cutting to reduce fabric wastage.

Stitching:-

We use Japanese, Germany stitching/Overlock/Flat lock etc., special kind machines of Juki, Pegasus, etc., to get perfection in our garments. Our continuous supervision by quality control department at each level of stitching enables us to optimize our production.

Printing:-

We have a state of the art printing unit ,We can print up to 8 colourof print on garment for which we have four carousel printing machine, also we have hot tables to print allover prints on fabrics as well. in printing we use ECO certified and AZO free , phthalate free dyes & chemicals only .

We are capable of printing various techniques I.E pigment discharge ,flock printing discharge, high density, heat transfer prints , puff prints etc. Our daily production of printing is 2000 pieces to 3000 pieces daily depending upon the garment .Our printing staff is well trained in get prefection in print.

Washing Section :-

We use the latest PHC control machines for washing to have Minimum water and chemical consumption ,which having best result in washing. Our Daily Capacity of washing is 3000 Pcs.

We have 02 Dry cleaner machines Bowie Germany and Excel From Italy.

Pressing & Finishing :-

We used latest Vacuum Ironing Tables from Ramson and Italy for best finishing result in garments

Packing Section

We Have Metal Free Zone With Equipped Metal detection Machine and we do Metal detection in all pieces before shipping from our factory and keep the record of the same as well.
